Faith Allison is a pastor, trauma-informed counselor, and community healing architect who has spent over three decades helping individuals and communities rebuild their stories after pain, crisis, trauma, and spiritual disconnection. Her work blends neuroscience, attachment theory, spiritual formation, and trauma-informed practices to create safe, transformative experiences — both digitally and in person — where people reclaim identity, restore connection, and rediscover lost hope.
She is the author of UnNormal, a book born from her conviction that everyone deserves to be seen — and longs to be known. For over ten years her digital sanctuary and private practice at The Intersections Community, has offered a cross-cultural space for people contending with the voice of the past to find peace, clarity, and whole-hearted lives.
Locally, Faith pastors United with Christ PC, is behind key local events like the Women’s Health Fair 2026, the Graves Into Garden’s Banquet where clean Comedy with a cause is helping to fund a new homeless shelter for Bay County, and Bay County Pastors United partnerships with the community. Faith is often a key speaker at retreats and conferences for women and men seeking growth, freedom, and understanding. She is known as a connector of people — a “human rolodex” as some have called her.
Celebrated for her candid, conversational tone, she is a dynamic speaker and gifted storyteller. Her passion is to help people in community heal, reframe their story, and reclaim their identity. Her own story of overcoming childhood trauma, sexual assault, and addiction has become a message of hope for the hopeless.
A mother of two adult children, 3 grandchildren, and many spiritual sons and daughters, she spent most of her life in Upstate New York in the Finger Lakes region. Faith now calls Panama City home and can often be found sharing a cup of coffee and a listening ear with a new friend or two.
