Meet Liz Hunt, owner of Anytime Fitness Callaway and MFMA – A Meal Prep Co, and a powerful presence in Bay County’s health and wellness space. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Nutritionist, Liz blends deep knowledge with genuine care, helping people rebuild strength, confidence, and healthier habits—one workout and one meal at a time.
Liz proudly leads Bay County’s only plus-size certified fitness facility, creating an inclusive, judgment-free environment where everyone feels welcome.
A combat-disabled veteran, she understands the healing impact of movement on a personal level and channels that experience into helping others reclaim independence and improve quality of life through fitness and nutrition.
Whether it’s helping clients leave oxygen tanks behind or celebrating the consistency of simply showing up, Liz reminds us that progress—big or small—is always worth celebrating.
